By accessing or using our website (stagetimetrivia.com), subscribing to our services, downloading our content, or otherwise engaging with our platforms (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Stage Time Trivia provides comedy-infused trivia content through subscription-based services and individual game purchases. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Each user is limited to one account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual may be terminated at our discretion.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your current billing period.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service with reasonable notice. Any price changes will apply to billing cycles after the notice period.

5.3 Venue Limitations

Individual subscriptions or purchases are limited to use at a single venue or location unless otherwise specified. Multiple venue usage requires additional subscriptions or purchases.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Ownership

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, questions, answers, themes, and formats, is the property of Stage Time Trivia or its content creators and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

“Stage Time Trivia” and related logos are trademarks of Stage Time Entertainment. All other trademarks appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe the intellectual property rights of Stage Time Trivia or any third party
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

STAGE TIME TRIVIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL STAGE TIME TRIVIA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICE, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stage Time Trivia, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Oneida County, New York, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
